Privacy Policy
This website is designed not to collect personal data from its visitors. There is no contact form, no marketing, analytics or tracking cookies are used, and all contact happens directly by phone or email.
Cookies and storage on your device
The website uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, and only once you choose a language (Ελληνικά or English) from the language selector at the top of the page. It stores nothing but the value “el” or “en”, so that the website opens in your chosen language next time, and it is kept for 12 months.
It is a functional preference cookie: it does not identify you, it is not used for tracking or analytics, and it is never shared with third parties. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings, in which case the website opens in Greek again.
Properties and locations
Property listings show an approximate area, never the exact address. Locations on the map mark the centre of the neighbourhood, not the specific building.
Google Maps
We use Google Maps to show the location of our properties and our office. Loading these pages means accepting Google’s terms of service and privacy policy for this embedded content.
YouTube
Some properties come with a video on YouTube. The video does not load with the page: until you press play, no connection is made to YouTube or Google. Once you do, the video loads in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google’s terms of service and privacy policy apply.
Our email address is displayed in a way that prevents automated harvesting by bots, without affecting how you use it.
This is a summary privacy policy. For any questions about your data, please contact us directly.
